We are currently seeking amotivated Assistant Development Managerto join our team and support the delivery of multiple development projects from acquisition through to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full development lifecycle within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
The Role
Working closely with the Development Director and broader project team, the Assistant Development Manager will assist in managing development projects across planning, design, feasibility, approvals, construction and sales.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with themanagement of development projectsfrom acquisition through to completion
* Supportsite acquisition and due diligenceincluding planning reviews, feasibility analysis and consultant coordination
* Prepare and updatedevelopment feasibilities and financial models
* Assist in managingconsultant teamsincluding architects, planners, engineers and project managers
* Coordinatedevelopment approvalsincluding council submissions and planning documentation
* Monitorproject programmes, budgets and timelines
* Assist withbuilder procurement and contract administration
* Supportsales and leasing strategiesincluding liaison with project agents and marketing teams
* Assist withproject reportingfor internal stakeholders and investors
* Conductmarket research and comparable analysisfor potential acquisitions and development opportunities
About You
* Experience inproperty development, project management, Real Estate, valuation, construction or quantity surveyinghighly regarded.
* Degree inProperty Economics, Property Development, Construction Management, Planning or similar.
* Strong understanding of theproperty development process.
* High levelfinancial and analytical capability.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks across different projects.
* Highly motivated with a strong interest incommercial, industrial and mixed-use property development
