Job Title: Road Infrastructure Manager
This role involves leading a team to manage and maintain roads, ensuring they meet safety standards and regulations.
* Manage resources for infrastructure construction and maintenance works
* Supervise Council's Road Construction and Maintenance staff
* Deliver designated works and projects in accordance with specifications
* Collaborate with other supervisors in the delivery of major capital and maintenance projects
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate IV Civil Construction (Road Construction & Maintenance) or equivalent qualification
* Demonstrated skills and experience in civil construction, specifically road construction and maintenance
* Proven ability to lead, manage and mentor a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
