Just Quality is a leading South Australian home-improvement company specialising in premium outdoor living solutions. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead our Pergola, Decking and Retaining Wall division.
This role suits a hands-on professional with a strong carpentry background who understands how projects should be built — not just managed.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervisor – Pergolas, Decking & Retaining
Check Measures & Site Preparation
* Conduct onsite check measures, including detailed site assessments, photographs, and notes on access or obstacles
* Review and confirm all selections with clients, clearly defining work zones and delivery locations
* Upload all check‐measure information to Dropbox for drafting and project preparation
* Collect progress payments when required
Site Supervision
* Attend project start‐ups to support installers and address client questions or concerns
* Oversee workmanship standards during and after installation
* Conduct final quality inspections to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations
Warranty & Service
* Manage warranty‐related site issues with professional follow‐up and resolution
* Complete scheduled service calls as per the calendar
* Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams regarding outcomes and next steps
About You
* Must hold a current Building Licence (SA)
* Proven carpentry background with strong on‐site construction knowledge
* Confident working independently across active construction sites
* Strong communication and customer‐service skills
* Excellent problem‐solving abilities
* Reliable, organised, and committed to high‐quality workmanship
* Comfortable using digital tools such as Outlook, Dropbox, or similar systems
