With over 90 family-owned stores nationwide, they offer a range of high-quality products from renowned brands. They are seeking a Content Manager, the role involves creating and managing brand and promotional content across multiple platforms, ensuring engaging and effective messaging reaches the target audience. Collaboration with internal teams and external agencies is key to achieving content goals and maintaining the brand's market position.
**High-level Remit**:
- Plan, manage, and optimize brand and promotions content across various channels, ensuring alignment with the National Marketing Calendar and strategies.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, production teams, and in-house resources to deliver engaging and personalized brand and promotions content that resonates with the target audience.
- Take charge of the end-to-end process of creating and producing brand and promotions content for the organisation, including LAM, across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Manage internal teams, external suppliers, partners, and influencers to generate content for owned channels and third-party collaborations, ensuring high-quality and engaging content that aligns with the brand's vision.
- Coordinate the briefing, planning, and production of brand and promotions content, as well as creative requirements, following the national and eCommerce retail calendars.
- Develop and execute content plans to support website updates for brand and promotions, ensuring consistent messaging and a compelling online presence.
- Brief plan and produce brand promotions content for all partnership activity for owned and third-party channels.
- Ensure all national content, and creative assets are aligned with allocated budgets
- Proficiency in platforms like Google analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and CRM and CMS digital platforms
