We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our gaming team at Stoney's Club.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high standards of compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional manner.
* Maintain the gaming room to the highest standards, ensuring all equipment is operational and clean.
* Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
This role may require tasks such as lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods, and using stairs.
Requirements:
* Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
* Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificate.
* Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
