About the Role
The Faculty Liaison Officer plays a key role in supporting the Faculty Liaison Coordinator and the broader Faculty Office team by delivering high-level administrative and coordination support. This position contributes to core functions across marketing, communications, student experience, recruitment, and event delivery—helping ensure Faculty priorities are met efficiently and in line with service standards. Acting as a central coordination point the role facilitates seamless communication, accurate information sharing, and supports initiatives that enhance engagement across Faculty and Schools. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working with diverse stakeholder groups to create positive outcomes.
About You
You will bring strong organisational and administrative capabilities with exceptional attention to detail, supported by excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable confident engagement with diverse stakeholders. A proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment are essential. Experience in events, communications, or administrative operations is desirable, and a commitment to continuous improvement and high quality service delivery will be critical to success in this role.
