Collaborate with Hiring Leaders to define specific roles, locations, and functional areas, making a sourcing plan for corporate, volume & graduate hiring roles, while working on external employer branding, vendor management, research, and analysis.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Recruitment: Partners with Hiring Leaders to identify, source, and manage end-to-end hiring activities, including planning, stakeholder management, and candidate experience.
* Representing the company externally, developing and implementing engagement initiatives with key stakeholders in the region.
* Sourcing: Identifies effective channels, including job postings and referrals, to source candidates for various requirements.
* Managing Stakeholders: Interacting with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and managing conflicts.
* Research, Analytics & Benchmarking: Analyzing historical trends, leading benchmarking initiatives, and recommending best practices for talent acquisition.
* Partnering with Vendors: Leveraging outsourcing opportunities, enabling vendor scalability, and monitoring performance to ensure achievement of recruitment objectives.
