We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the operation of multiple dining destinations and create signature experiences.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with directors to drive venues as standalone dining destinations and develop programmes that complement food offerings.
* Implement standard operating procedures for the food & beverage department, including service standards, protocols, sanitation processes, waste management and customer guidelines.
* Lead a team across various shifts from breakfast to dinner and manage day-to-day staffing requirements, planning tasks and establishing performance goals. Provide mentoring, coaching and feedback.
* Collaborate with kitchen, events and front office departments to ensure seamless operations.
