Position Overview:
The ServiceNow Technical Consultant will support the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules, with a focus on ITSM, Service Design, and Now Assist capabilities. The perfect candidate will have hands-on experience with Service Catalog management, SLAs, and CMDB configuration, while contributing to the delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions under the guidance of senior architects and technical leads.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration or development.
* Exposure to Now Assist configuration or integration with ITSM modules.
* Practical understanding of Service Catalog design and Service Level Agreements.
* Strong knowledge of CMDB structure, relationships, and data import processes.
* Understanding of ITIL processes and service design principles.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within delivery teams.
Nice to have
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification.
* Exposure to Generative AI capabilities or workflow automation in ServiceNow.
* Experience in Agile or DevOps-based project environments.
* Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and grow into an advanced technical or architectural role.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, and request management.
* Contribute to the setup and customization of Service Catalog items, workflows, and approvals.
* Support the configuration and integration of Now Assist and AI-driven ServiceNow features.
* Work on Service Design artifacts, ensuring alignment with established service delivery models.
* Develop and maintain SLAs, notifications, and performance metrics for IT services.
* Conduct CMDB data loads, reconciliation, and maintenance to ensure data accuracy and relationships.
* Collaborate with business analysts and senior developers to deliver configured solutions that meet business requirements.
* Participate in testing, documentation, and user training for ServiceNow modules.
* Provide ongoing support and enhancement of deployed ServiceNow solutions.
* Learn and stay current with new ServiceNow releases and platform features.
