Customer Service Representative
Position Overview:
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their inquiries, complaints and issues promptly. Drive sales across products and services to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve beverages such as smoothies, coffees and other drinks
* Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities and workstations
* Support administrative tasks, data entry, filing and maintaining inventory records
* Assist in events and class offerings
Requirements:
* Previous customer service or retail experience
* Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment
* Possession of unrestricted working rights and driver license
* Current First Aid & CPR Certification (willing to obtain)
* Food Safety Certificate (willing to obtain)
