About the Opportunity
The Communications Manager will be responsible for delivering an effective communications strategy that improves communication for team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and bring to life the organisation's positions and decisions, working collaboratively across the enterprise and business teams.
* Build effective relationships at all levels of the business and develop a deep understanding of business needs and stakeholder audiences.
* Deliver on the Communications strategy, thinking strategically about initiatives that improve communication for team members.
* Prepare creative and compelling content, briefs, messaging, and presentations as needed.
* Support key enterprise projects and initiatives by developing and advising on communications approaches to enhance team member and stakeholder engagement.
About You
You are an experienced and creative communications expert with a passion for content creation and campaign development. You're action-oriented, driven by data, organised, efficient, adaptable, and solution-focused. You enjoy building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders across the business.
Requirements
* 6+ years' experience as a communications professional in a large, complex organisation.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications or a related discipline.
* Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple initiatives at once.
* Project management skills to ensure large-scale programs are planned, run, and evaluated efficiently and consistently.
* Understanding of issues and reputational impact, resourceful and willing to find quick and efficient solutions.
* Expert skills in oral and written communications.
