Short-term, part-time temporary Switchboard Operator opportunity, with possible extension
**Your new company**
This State Government department delivers essential financial and administrative services to South Australians. The department is looking for a Switchboard Operator based in Adelaide.
**Your current role**
Reporting to the Personal Estates Operations Coordinator, you will provide a high level of customer service by answering telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner, handling general queries where appropriate. You will act as the first point of contact for all telephone problems and liaise with management to escalate more complex problems. You will also provide administrative assistance to staff as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous Switchboard Operation experience will be highly regarded
- Previous customer service experience with friendly and courteous manner
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Resilience and adaptability
- High attention to detail
Please note: Out of hours work may be required.
