About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and store performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing friendly, engaging, customer-focused service
* Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right gear
* Achieving individual and store sales targets
* Maintaining store presentation, stock levels and cleanliness
* Operating POS and supporting day-to-day store operations
* Working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
About You
You're motivated, confident and ready to grow.
You will ideally bring:
* A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* A positive, team-focused attitude
* Willingness to learn a large product range and systems
* 12V or technical product knowledge (highly regarded, not essential)
Availability requirements:
• Full Time roles: ability to commit to a set roster (including weekend work)
