About the role
As part of the showroom team in Maroochydore, you'll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
Note: This is a part‑time opportunity at around 3‑4 days per week including Saturdays.
Your day to day
A typical day will involve:
* Assisting customers to choose the perfect bathroom products.
* Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone.
* Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life.
* Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships.
* Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely.
We'd love to hear from you if you're someone who:
* Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers.
* Might not have experience in bathrooms but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow.
* Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems.
* Wants to develop their career – either locally, within our network (we love to promote people from within).
