We currently seek a collaborative and meticulous Regulatory Specialist to join our Regulatory Team. You will be responsible for providing product documentation, regulation and compliance information internally and externally. This role requires timely creation, maintenance and delivery of product documentation, registration and certifications, and responding to customer requests to support overall business strategy.
This exciting role will be 5 days per week onsite in our Melbourne office.
What you will do:
* Respond to compliance queries, providing guidance and recommendations to the Sales and Technical teams.
* Manage external product registration and certification including but not limited to Halal, Kosher, TGA.
* Regularly update the regulatory databases with data from suppliers, associations, customers, and legislation.
* Capture, prioritize and track all requests from internal stakeholders and affiliate sites. Manage associated requests via Sensient online systems.
* Prioritize and respond to product, compliance, regulatory and information queries from customers in a timely manner.
* Complete customer‑specific questionnaires and documentation.
* Other duties directed by the Regulatory Supervisor.
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a science or related discipline preferred.
* Several years of experience providing regulatory and compliance information in food or beverage in Australia or New Zealand.
* Comprehensive understanding of the application of Australian or New Zealand Food Standards.
* Technical or Quality Experience preferred, but not required.
