Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

As a mechanical engineer, you will play a vital role in shaping the future by re-imagining problems and contributing to innovative solutions. At our workplace, you will be part of a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and sustainability.

About the Job Role

* Support an expanding portfolio of complex water and wastewater projects for municipal and industrial clients.
* Carry out concept and detailed mechanical engineering design tasks for water-related infrastructure and maintain positive client relationships.
* Deliver feasibility studies, business cases, and reference designs for treatment plant projects as part of multi-discipline design teams, including client personnel.
* Contribute to the preparation of proposals.
* Collaborate with other technical disciplines within the wider project teams to develop client-focused solutions.
* Utilise your technical engineering capabilities to contribute to the design of projects and provide direction to others, while monitoring project progress and delivery.

You will be part of a growing Water team based in Brisbane, working on a range of medium, large, and major projects for the Queensland water market and the broader ANZ region. We value each team member's unique experiences and contributions to bringing ideas to life.

Requirements and Qualifications

* Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience supporting large-scale water & wastewater projects and a proven design background.
* Recently obtained or working towards RPEQ certification.
* Background in water/wastewater treatment facilities and pumping stations.
