Overview
Teach For Australia’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) offers graduates the opportunity to study for a Master of Teaching while earning an income. During the 2 or 3-year program, you'll teach the area you are passionate about to secondary school students from low socioeconomic communities.
Responsibilities

- Play an active role in breaking the cycle of educational inequality in Australia.
- As a leader in the classroom, share your expertise with young people and act as a role model and mentor.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Subjects recruited for include Arts & Humanities, STEM, Visual Arts, Legal Studies, Business, Languages, and more.
- Placements available in Victoria, Western Australia, Tasmania, South Australia, and Northern Territory.
Compensation & Perks
- Salary ranges from $62,000 to $72,000 per year, with additional financial support based on placement location.

We currently place LDP ‘Associates’ in schools in Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia, and Northern Territory.
