Who We Are
We deliver high-end commercial joinery fitouts across multi-residential, office, healthcare, retail and hospitality projects. We work to tight programs, deliver detailed joinery, and partner with clients who know we'll get it done right – every time.
We've got solid foundations – clear processes, a trusted supplier network, a reliable in-house crew, and a factory that knows how to deliver. You'll join our existing Project Manager as a key part of a small, capable team that owns the full delivery of our projects.
Who You Are
You're an experienced commercial Project Manager with strong exposure to fitout, joinery or construction. You're used to running multiple projects, dealing with builders and site teams, and keeping control of time, cost and quality.
You lead jobs from the front. You're comfortable making calls, fronting up to clients, and getting everyone aligned when pressure is on. You're looking for a business with proper systems, aligned clients, and a team that's rowing in the same direction.
You have:
* 5+ years' experience leading construction or fit-out projects in a medium-sized business
* A solid background in commercial joinery, fitout or construction project management
* Experience using ERP or project systems in a manufacturing or construction environment
* Experience improving or tightening project delivery processes
* A proven track record managing RFIs, variations, budgets and timelines
* Confidence dealing with builders, clients, site teams and internal stakeholders
What You'll Do
You'll take end-to-end responsibility for multiple commercial joinery projects, working closely with our existing PM, Production Manager and factory team:
* Oversee multiple fit-out projects from contract handover through to completion
* Review plans, specifications, submittals and shop drawings to identify issues and opportunities early
* Define scope, set project timelines, and coordinate submittals, assembly and installation with the Production Manager
* Lead client communication – keeping clients informed on key dates, requirements, risks, delays and bottlenecks
* Monitor and maintain project schedules, acting early when things start to move off track
* Manage RFIs, variations/change orders and site measurements
* Track job costs and financial performance, surface risks early and help steer projects back on course where needed
* Work closely with drafting, purchasing, production, accounts and installation to ensure we're delivering the job the right way, first time
* Interface with site supervisors, clients, inspectors, trade partners, architects and engineers
* Ensure compliance, WH&S and company processes are followed on every project

Here, mateship shows up in how we support each other, excellence in how we deliver every job, and growth in how we keep sharpening our project delivery.
