About The Roles
We are looking for multiple trade‐qualified Carpenters to join our building and construction teams on the Central Coast of NSW and Geelong, Victoria. These roles offer steady, ongoing work across residential, commercial and civil construction projects.
About the Projects You'll Work On
You will work across a range of building and construction projects, including residential builds, commercial construction and small civil works. Work will include structural framing, general carpentry, installation work and construction support across different project stages. Projects are planned to support safe and efficient work on organised sites with clear expectations.
Ideal Candidates
You are a qualified carpenter with 2–5 years of experience in construction and building environments, proud of quality workmanship and safe practices. You can work independently but also enjoy being part of a team, support apprentices or junior trades and are looking for stable, long‐term employment in a professional workplace.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete carpentry and construction work in line with building plans and specifications.
* Perform framing, structural carpentry and general building work.
* Follow site safety requirements and construction procedures.
* Operate EWP equipment and work around scaffold structures when required.
* Support or lead small teams and site tasks where needed.
* Assist with training apprentices and junior workers.
* Maintain tools, equipment and safe work areas.
* Communicate clearly with supervisors, site managers and trades.
What We're Looking For
* Trade qualification in Carpentry (Certificate III Carpentry or equivalent).
* Full driver's licence required.
* EWP ticket or experience operating elevated work platforms highly regarded.
* Exposure to scaffolding in construction environments.
* Experience supporting teams or supervising work tasks.
* Strong understanding of construction safety requirements.
* Reliable, practical and team‐focused approach to work.
* Australian work authorisation required.
