The Role
We’re looking for a lawyer (3+ PQE) to join our internal team at Lawpath Legal. As a member of our legal team, you will advise startups and small/medium businesses on a wide range of general commercial matters. While no two days will be exactly the same, your main responsibilities will include:
Qualifications
* Corporate/Commercial expertise: Significant experience in corporate and commercial law.
* Startup enthusiast: Passion for startups, NewLaw, and legal innovation.
* If you have experience with employment matters, this is a bonus but not required.
* Business savvy: An understanding of the challenges faced by SMBs.
* Independent problem-solver: Ability to work autonomously and make quick decisions.
* Adaptable professional: Comfortable in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
* Client-focused: Dedication to exceeding client expectations and ensuring their satisfaction.
