We are seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of a high-voltage substation on a major wind farm project in regional Western Australia.
This role involves managing HV operations, coordinating energy control, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards during the construction and commissioning phases.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee all HV works on-site as the HV Responsible Officer (HVRO).
* Coordinate HV switching, isolation, earthing, and safety documentation.
* Develop and execute switching programs and HV commissioning plans.
* Supervise electrical construction, pre-commissioning, and HV commissioning.
* Review and report on Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and QA documentation.
* Conduct safety reviews, inspections, and tests of electrical components.
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project milestones.
* Monitor progress, identify risks, delays, and mitigation measures.
* Ensure all electrical work meets Australian standards and safety requirements.
* Manage subcontractors and site resources effectively.
Key Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of high-voltage operations and commissioning procedures.
* Proven experience in electrical construction, pre-commissioning, and HV commissioning.
* Ability to develop and execute switching programs and ensure HV safety compliance.
* Experience in supervising subcontractors and electrical teams on remote construction sites.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity with Quality Assurance (QA), Safety Management Systems (SMS), and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
* Understanding of Australian electrical standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
* Must hold a valid Australian Electrical License.
