Client Accounts and Reporting
In your new role you will be accountable for managing your own portfolio of client relationships and ensuring accuracy in Bordereau reporting.
* Complete allocated monthly bordereaux (BDX) reports and support the team to do the same in accordance with agreed service levels and quality standards ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
* Facilitate client meetings to present and discuss BDX reports, addressing queries and providing clarification as required.
* Assist the team with any other allocated work as required.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships across all areas of the TPA business to ensure effective collaboration.
* Build and sustain professional external relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for reporting-related queries.
* Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, accuracy, and operational efficiency and work collaboratively with the team to implement improvements to reporting frameworks and procedures.
About you
* Previous experience in claims management/third party administration
* Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
* Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
