Here, you'll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.**The Role**Property services is the engine room that keeps us going, a dynamic team that supports the operations of Crown hotels and resorts.We're seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Property and Engineering team as **Shift Supervisor.** The purpose of this position is to ensure the efficient operation of the resort, including maintenance of all plant and equipment, all electrical and hydraulic systems associated with the Building Automation System (BMS) systems, overall oversight of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), playing a key role in minimising disruption to our core business.In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests by:* Contributing to our 'How can I help' culture* Triaging and managing CMMS priority requests* Provide information to All Key Stakeholders on work related issues that would affect the business* Contributes to any Business Improvement opportunities* Identify and Implement Cost savings initiatives such as reducing operating costs through sound preventative maintenance practices* Managing and mentoring other Property and Engineering Team Members**About You**You'll bring the following:* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar or relatable role* Cultivate strong relationships and foster long-term partnerships with key stakeholders* Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders* Extensive customer service experience* 3-5 years' experience in operational or facility management* Experience in providing scopes of work / Cost Estimates* Experience in planning and scheduling**Additional information**This role requires:* Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts during the weekdays and weekends* Experience managing small and large teams* Relevant qualifications or demonstrated experience* O365 including MS teams proficiency* Facility Management experience is highly desirable*Crown reserves the right to close this advertisement prior to the advertised end date.*On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
