Psychology Clinician Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated clinician to join our expanding team of mental health professionals. As a Psychology Clinician, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical services to individuals across the lifespan.
Your day-to-day duties will involve assessing and observing participants' challenging behaviours, working towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation, and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce the use of restrictive practices. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services, forming close bonds with clients and celebrating their achievements together.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and observe participants' challenging behaviours and develop effective strategies to improve skills and emotion regulation
* Work collaboratively with allied health practitioners, support workers, and family members to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
