About the Opportunity
Join Steadfast Technologies in a high‐impact 18‐month engagement with the potential to convert to a permanent role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and driving meaningful outcomes across a national broker network.
As a Broker Experience Consultant, you'll support brokers through the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of our SaaS platforms. In this highly consultative, customer‐facing role, you'll act as a trusted partner—delivering tailored technical solutions, guiding data migrations, and driving strong adoption to maximise value.
We're looking for someone with strong client‐facing or customer service experience, a solid technical foundation or aptitude, and ideally some exposure to insurance.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with brokers to understand business requirements and deliver tailored Broker Experience solutions
* Execute configuration, customisation, and data migration activities using Steadfast Technologies' tools and scripts
* Develop and run SQL to support data cleansing, transfers, and workflow requirements
* Maintain SLAs by managing requests, providing regular updates, and communicating resolutions to stakeholders
* Collaborate with internal Product, Development, and Support teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance platform functionality
Skills and Qualifications
* Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with a customer‐first mindset
* Proven experience with SQL and technical configuration or data migration activities
* Excellent problem‐solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
* Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, FreshDesk, and the Microsoft technology stack
