We are seeking talented Communications Advisors to join our dynamic team committed to delivering excellence. The Communications Advisor plays a key role in delivering high-quality content and managing our core digital channels. Reporting to the External Communications Manager, the role is responsible for driving content creation across video, written, and visual formats, and for ensuring our digital presence is active, engaging, and aligned with our brand and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Growing our social media presence including a posting schedule, management of LinkedIn and YouTube accounts to ensure a prominent digital presence that is in line with the marketing and communications content strategy and increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
* Monitoring and updating the website with relevant content including updates to capability, contact details, news stories and projects in addition to functional pages such as the graduate and procurement pages.
* Producing and managing video content for LinkedIn, YouTube and internal use (including storyboarding, scripting, interviewing and editing in collaboration with production partners).
* Contributing to the development and implementation of the external communications strategy, with a strong focus on digital execution and content-led storytelling.
* Ensuring digital content and publishing aligns with the marketing calendar and strategic themes.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital analytics tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages tailored to diverse audiences.
* Knowledge of some content and publishing tools (e.g. CMS platforms, social media schedulers, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
