We're looking for a Marketing & Events Manager who can blend creative storytelling with strategic execution — someone who lives and breathes digital marketing, content, and community engagement.
About the Role
As our Marketing & Events Manager, you'll lead the charge in developing and executing high‑impact marketing campaigns and delivering an exciting calendar of industry‑leading events. From SEO and Google Ads to conferences and webinars, you'll drive brand growth across both the digital and real‑world stages.
Your role will be central to expanding our reach, generating leads, and amplifying the voice of the Justice Network across Australia.
What You'll Be Doing
* Digital Marketing: Develop and manage integrated digital campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook/Meta Ads to drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
* Content Creation: Produce compelling and on‑brand content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
* Event Management: Plan and deliver our calendar of conferences, webinars, and networking events — from concept to post‑event analysis.
* Brand Growth: Build and protect the Justice Network's brand presence across digital and print channels.
* Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign and event performance using analytics tools, and provide insights to continuously improve ROI.
* Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align strategy, messaging, and execution.
* Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in legal marketing, automation, and digital advertising to identify new opportunities.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing and/or event management.
* Experience in the migration, education, legal industries will be highly valued.
* Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and content creation .
* Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
* Excellent organisational and project management skills — comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and copywriting skills.
* Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. MailerLite, HubSpot, or similar).
