Hatchit Studios is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a long-term federal government engagement supporting an enterprise ServiceNow platform.
This is a hands-on development role within an agile team, focused on delivering secure, scalable solutions across mission-critical systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and develop ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, CSM, and HRSDDeliver custom scripting using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow DesignerIntegrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST APIs and web servicesContribute across the full development lifecycle — design, build, test, deployment, and supportAssist with platform upgrades, defect resolution, and performance optimisation
Skills RequiredServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environmentsProven scripting and integration capabilityExcellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience working within governed or security-sensitive environments
Highly RegardedCertifications in ITSM, HRSD, or CSMAustralian Government experienceITIL familiarityExperience supporting platform maintenance and upgrades
