This role provides an opportunity to make a difference and start your career as a Personal Banking Consultant at our Swanston Street Branch. Your main responsibilities will be:
* Providing seamless customer experiences by advising on appropriate products and services
* Representing our brand as the face of HSBC in our branch while liaising directly with customers
* Introducing, promoting, and assisting customers with digital banking solutions to meet their needs
* Contributing to fulfilling customer needs by providing personal banking products and services with a customer-centric approach
* Effectively managing customer feedback and enquiries
* Participating in ongoing training and development plans
