About the Role
We are seeking a Logistics Recruiter to join our dynamic team and play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled and unskilled workers for logistics operations, including warehouse staff, drivers, pickers, packers, forklift operators, and other operational roles. This role ensures timely staffing of blue-collar positions to support smooth logistics and supply chain operations, for our end-to-end operations.
This role will be involved in working across various sites around the country and will primarily involve:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the complete hiring process for blue-collar roles — from job posting, candidate sourcing, and screening to offer and onboarding.
Sourcing Channels:
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, employment agencies, local job fairs, and community outreach programs.
Screening & Interviews:
Conduct initial interviews, skill assessments, and background checks to ensure candidates meet role requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate closely with operations managers, warehouse supervisors, and HR team members to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
Onboarding Support:
Assist in new hire orientation and ensure all required documentation (contracts, ID proofs, licenses, etc.) is complete.
Compliance:
Ensure recruitment processes adhere to company policies, labor laws, and health & safety standards.
About you
1-2 years of experience in recruiting for blue-collar or frontline roles, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing. Candidates with limited experience but strong interest are also encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of local labor markets and sourcing strategies for blue-collar talent.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
Ability to work independently under pressure and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
