This opportunity will suit a Senior Commercial Lawyer who enjoys working across a variety of complex matters, such as general commercial transactions, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, corporate structuring, joint ventures, wills, estate planning, trusts and tax matters, business restructuring, and succession planning.
The Role
You will work closely with a highly regarded Director on several key projects:
* General commercial transactions
* Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
* Corporate structuring and joint ventures
* Wills, estate planning, trusts, and tax matters
* Business restructuring and succession planning
About You
We are seeking a candidate with:
* A minimum of 5 years post-admission experience in commercial law
* Strong drafting and technical legal skills
* Proven client management skills and a commercial approach
* Experience advising both private and public companies
* High attention to detail, self-motivation, and a collaborative mindset
