Job Summary : In this role, you will report to a Project Manager - Apron Projects.
You will monitor that the contractor is compliant with project policies, procedures, site rules and procedures, and is performing within specifications and schedules.
Major Responsibilities: Ensure that the work by contractors is undertaken in a manner that addresses and eliminates personnel and environmental hazards, and ensure that risk analysis, health risk assessments, and work method statements, where required, are in place.
Provide input into contractor's monthly quality, quantity and technical reviews as required.
Review design documents, change orders, material requisitions and specifications for construction associated with the contractor's scope of works.
