- What you'll do
- Directly lead and own the Customer Experience, which means:
-deepening the client relationship for existing customers.
developing new client relationships to create their Adobe Experience.
create innovative visions for your client's use of Adobe Digital Marketing technologies.
build executive relationships with your customers across all facets of the business to enable success.
collaborate across various groups within Adobe to develop and close Digital Experience opportunities.
Curate and develop your sales pipeline:
-to meet and exceed quarterly and annual quota objectives.
track, monitor and report performance on your portfolio of accounts.
proactively communicate across our leadership teams and ecosystem updates across the ANZ region
Develop and execute plans for your account portfolio to
-orchestrate the ANZ Adobe Team around that plan and execution.
Frame the Adobe opportunity in the context of a deep understanding of the current and future state of the client's sector and business needs.
Ensure we can achieve our business objectives.
