We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
This role involves providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers across our range of building products, ensuring an outstanding customer experience at all times.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Responding promptly and courteously to inbound calls and emails;
* Representing the company as a front-line representative, contributing to business development and growth;
* Supporting sales representatives as required;
* Completing accurate data entry of orders, credits, returns, stock and pricing enquiries;
* Ensuring office, work areas and displays are consistently safe, tidy, clean and presentable.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service;
* Knowledge of the building industry and building products (desired);
* Tertiary qualification in a related field (desired);
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite;
* Strong time management, administration and organisational skills;
* Excellent attention to detail;
* Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
