This role is responsible for accurate and timely data entry into the Digital SKU Base Plan (DSBP) system, supporting the launch and maintenance of recent and existing products. The coordinator will also manage Purchase Orders (POs) using the Coupa system, ensuring correct tracking of product-related procurement activities.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter product information into the Digital SKU Base Plan (DSBP) system within 24 hours of request submission
- Support product innovation and launch processes by maintaining up-to-date data records
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) using Coupa system
- - Monitor PO consumption and ensure timely updates
- Maintain high attention to detail when updating product codes, materials, quantities, and launch dates
- Stay informed of any changes and ensure systems reflect the latest updates
Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel: Proficient in tabulation and data transfer into DSBP systems
- Coupa System Knowledge: Experience with PO creation and payment tracking
- Communication: Ability to clearly articulate product specification changes in structured formats
- SAP Experience: Highly regarded but not mandatory
Basic understanding of FMCG Supply Chain, especially in product management
- Familiarity with GCAS, GTIN (Barcodes), Pallets, and Item Configuration
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working across time zones and with international teams
