Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily IT operations and embed IT systems to meet customer expectations

- Supervise computer technology contracts and external contractors

- Build positive relations with hotel staff, regional IT teams, and technology partners

- Ensure hardware and software integrity through preventative and remedial measures

">

- Implement process and procedures for system management, including backup, disaster recovery planning, and user ID management

- Provide training and support to associates

Requirements:

- Suitable qualifications in technology and 2+ years of experience in similar roles

">

- Working knowledge of hotel property management systems, server architecture, and security implementation

">

- Skilled in LAN networks, desktop operating systems, and desktop management

">

- Familiarity with project management methodologies

">

- Excellent communication skills and a passion for service excellence

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
