Overview
Matrix Global Real Estate is an independent agency focused on performance, innovation, and market intelligence. As Director, I am building a team that balances fresh thinking with proven process.

Pathway 1 – Emerging Talent (Young & Hungry)
For the salesperson with less than 3 years’ experience but high potential.
We are looking for:
* Early-career agents with a strong work ethic and adaptability
* Digitally native professionals who understand social media, CRM, and content-driven lead generation
* Individuals who ask “why” and propose “what if”
You will receive:
* Structured mentoring and transaction oversight
* Access to our lead generation systems
* Clear KPIs and career progression milestones
You must bring:
* Current QLD Real Estate Sales Certificate (or working towards it)
* A portfolio of any self-generated content or campaigns (property or non-property)
* A willingness to prospect daily
Pathway 2 – Experienced Sales Professional
For the agent with years of proven results.
We are looking for:
* Agents with an existing sphere of influence and verifiable sales history
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills
* Professionals who want operational support, not micromanagement
