The Parkside Foundation provides CHSP, Support at Home and private services to older clients living in the community in Southern Tasmania.
The Aged Care Team is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead a high performing team into the future. The Service Manager Aged Care will report directly to the CEO and be a member of the Executive team.
Responsibilities / Requirements
* High level experience in the aged care sector
* Well developed skills in leadership in a complex and fast-paced environment
* A commitment to a culture of respect, dignity and informed decision making for clients, their family, partners in care and colleagues
* A sound understanding of reporting requirements for government funded programs
* A well developed knowledge of, or experience in, Care Management
* Experience in risk management, quality assurance, project management and workforce recruitment and retention
* High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and experience with client information systems.
