With 10 clinics nationally and a rapidly growing eCommerce channel, The Skin Bar is entering its next phase of scale and we're looking for a Head of Marketing to help architect that future with us.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute an end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with brand positioning and business growth targets
* Own and deliver performance against key marketing KPIs, including customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and ROI
* Oversee integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, influencer, PR, and product launches
* Drive audience growth across all brand social media platforms through strategic content and campaign planning
* Strengthen brand presence and customer engagement at every touchpoint, ensuring consistency and impact
* Lead, mentor, and grow the internal marketing team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
* Analyze marketing data and audience behavior to inform decisions, optimise campaign performance, and uncover new growth opportunities
* Create and maintain a data-led marketing calendar, informed by industry trends, seasonal moments, and performance insights
* Identify and execute opportunities to increase market share, brand awareness, and customer lifetime value
* Working closely with the founder to create strategies that supports growth for her personal brand ,alongside the growth of The Skin Bar
About You
* Demonstrated success in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing, including at least 4 years in a leadership role
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, brand development, and performance media
* Proven ability to grow social media audiences and drive engagement
* Highly experienced with Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, Later, and other relevant marketing platforms
* Skilled in customer segmentation and executing targeted marketing strategies that drive results
* Data-driven mindset with a track record of scaling brand awareness and customer acquisition
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach
