Service Management Consultant (IFS Service Management)
Location: Sydney
We're looking for a Service Management Consultant with expertise in IFS Service Management and IFS Cloud FSM. In this role, you'll:
- Analyse client business requirements to design and implement effective IFS Service Management solutions.
- Configure, integrate, and customise IFS Cloud FSM to meet client needs.
- Provide expert advisory services on service management lifecycles, focusing on planning, scheduling, work order management, and communication.
- Facilitate seamless IFS implementations and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to clients, creating comprehensive documentation and guides.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest IFS Service Management features and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in service management consulting, incl. 2+ years with IFS Service Management (IFS Cloud FSM preferred).
- Qualifications: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong hands‐on experience in IFS Cloud FSM or IFS Assyst configuration, integration, and customisation; ERP or digital transformation knowledge is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem‐solving, and stakeholder management.
- Certifications: IFS certification (highly desirable) or willingness to obtain.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with service management challenges in mining, manufacturing or construction sectors is an advantage.
