Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing expert mechanical support for turf maintenance-related equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our fleet, including routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing tasks.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Effective prioritization and scheduling of field service activities
* Maintenance of company vehicles, emphasizing safety, cleanliness, and resource optimization
* Performing various mechanical tasks to repair, maintain, and service turf maintenance-related equipment
* Managing relevant service information and providing product training as required
* Developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive business growth
Requirements:
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
* Relevant experience in maintaining and repairing mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines
* Proficiency in utilizing test and diagnostic equipment to diagnose mechanical or electrical issues
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License
