About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and data-driven eCommerce Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day management and growth of their Shopify online store. This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to drive revenue and improve the customer experience through conversion rate optimisation (CRO), customer experience (CX), SEO, and cross team collaboration. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to optimise the site and maximise business growth.


The Responsibilities

* Managing the end-to-end performance of their online store, including product listings, merchandising, and on-site promotions
* Collaborating with developers and external SEO/CRO agencies to implement optimisation strategies
* Analysing site metrics, customer journeys and AOV to drive ongoing improvement
* Executing conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives, including A/B testing and landing page enhancements
* Working cross-functionally with digital, creative and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand and customer experience
* Coordinating with the marketing team to ensure new product and campaign launches are executed flawlessly online
* Monitoring and reporting on key KPIs such as traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, and sales performance
* Supporting new app integrations and system improvements within the Shopify ecosystem
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, performance-led environment. You’ll be curious, data-driven and hands-on, with a love for turning insights into action.


The Experience Required

* Strong experience with Shopify and a solid understanding of eCommerce operations
* Proven background in conversion rate optimisation and website analytics (GA4, Hotjar, etc.)
* A strategic mindset with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage agency relationships and brief effectively
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and email platforms (Klaviyo is a bonus)
* A passion for digital innovation and continuous improvement
