Job Title: Event Logistics Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Events Coordinator/Assistant to assist in our upcoming resource industry-based project. This role requires an experienced individual for 2 days per week, with expertise in tradeshow, exhibitions, and conference management.
This is a busy role that demands a logical approach and the ability to multitask multiple events simultaneously.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Coordinate upcoming events and manage merchandise.
2. Develop and execute events, webinars, and conferences that delight and inform clients and prospects.
3. Build leads and strengthen our position in the market.
4. Manage event administration tasks.
5. Provide client liaison services.
6. Support the planning and delivery of online and hybrid events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
* Strong initiative and excellent organizational skills.
* Able to be agile in a dynamic and innovative environment.
* Current driver's license desirable.
* Computer literacy (Lotus Notes, MyOsh LMS, ADP Payroll experience is a plus).
