Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Experience in a high-volume call center environment (preferred but not essential).
* A customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to think creatively to achieve results.
* Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work independently within a small team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft and/or cloud-based CRM programs.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
