Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality espresso-based coffee and other beverages with consistency and care
Operate professional coffee machines and other brewing equipments confidently and efficiently
Assist with front-of-restaurant duties, including serving customers and taking orders
Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest
Support the team with general restaurant operations as needed
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation of coffee beans and supplies
Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts as required
Preferred Qualifications
2–3 years of hands-on coffee-making experience
Confidence in using commercial coffee machines, grinders and other brewing equipments
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with POS systems and cash handling
Full Australian work rights are essential for this position
