We are currently recruiting a highly skilled Administrative Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the National Licensing Manager with various tasks.
Description:
The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with databases and records.
Responsibilities include maintaining national data registers, payment of renewals, support with liquor licensing obligations and coordination with sites and site managers.
Additional responsibilities include liaising with internal teams and external regulatory bodies, providing guidance and assistance to sites where required.
Experience, Qualifications and Competency Requirements:
1. Excellent data entry and filing skills
2. A working knowledge of Compass Group entities
3. Knowledge and understanding of WA, NT, SA, QLD, NSW and VIC liquor licensing requirements (desired)
