What you'll be doing
As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer at Alcoa, you will learn, grow, and develop hands-on experience and expertise in:
* Supporting residue teams and site Civil and Senior Geotechnical Engineers in handling dam safety, preparing facility plans, and applying standard methodology engineering technology.
* Providing engineering input into the design and maintenance of the residue storage facilities.
* Contributing to the refinery and residue EH&S and providing insights into problem resolution for bauxite residue assets.
* Providing input towards the WA residue capital planning, approval, and review process.
* Monitoring civil engineering design and construction QA.
