Our client located in Terrey Hills are looking for experienced Dishwasher/ Kitchen Hands to join their team in a hospital environment
Responsibilities
* Using a commercial dishwasher to ensure dishes are ready for dinner service and cleaned after service
* Food preparation – cutting and preparing foods
* Cleaning kitchen area – mopping, wiping and sanitising surfaces
* Organising food supplies and pantry inventory
* Assisting chefs/sous chefs with cooking
* Working hours: Monday‑Friday 12pm/3pm‑8pm
Qualifications
* Ability to follow safe food practice
* National Police Check – willing to obtain
* Food Handlers Certificate – not mandatory
