Job Opportunity:
As a key member of our Technical Operations team, you will be responsible for managing new and existing customers and leading integration projects.
You will also act as the 2nd level tech expert for customer-support escalations. The ideal candidate will have experience providing personalized support with a deeper knowledge of the customer environment.

10. Flexibility to provide 1 or 2 shifts a month on the weekend as a second tier support

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working in the fast food industry
2. Hands-on implementation experience working as an Integration Engineer, Technical Engineer, or Project Manager
3. Experience with SQL Server and MySQL
4. Acquaintance with JSON and XML data format
5. Acquaintance with Linux
