We are seeking a committed, motivated and energetic individual to join our team in South West Sydney as aService technician.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality service, enjoys hands-on work, and values strong customer relationships.
About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for attending client sites to complete service calls while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Your duties will include:
Repairing, replacing parts, occasionally may be required to do some glazing and installation of aluminium windows and doors work
Completing all required administration and service documentation
Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them efficiently
Assisting in the factory when required, including fabrication, assembly, or handling deliveries.
About You
We're looking for a team player who is reliable, professional and positive in their approach.
You will have strong communication skills, a high level of customer service, and the ability to build strong relationships with both colleagues and clients.
You Will Have
Previous experience in window fabrication, installation, servicing or glazing (highly regarded)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
The ability to work autonomously
A good level of physical fitness
A current Driver's License
